Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange seeks routine maintenance service and emergency repair on its radio equipment at each of its four (4) tower locations; and routine maintenance service and emergency repair of its microwave equipment at nine (9) tower locations. The Bidder must provide full 24 X 7 coverage as well as a 24 hour contact point. Response time must be within two (2) hours of a call for service in situations where one or more channels are off the air or four (4) hours for all other service calls.
