Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum requirements for providing Motor Oil and Misc Lubricants to the County of Orange. All Departments of the County of Orange will utilize a resulting award to fulfill their oil and lubricant needs. Pricing listed in this bid shall apply to all points within Orange County (FOB Delivered), adding no extra delivery or handling charge. Departments using this bid include: Department of Public Works, Orange County Airport, Orange County Parks, Orange County Department of Environmental Facilities, and are located in Goshen, New Hampton, Montgomery, Harriman and others.
