Description

The County of Orange (“County”), by and through its Department of Planning and Development (“OCPD”), seeks a qualified, experienced provider of fixed-route transit services in and around the City of Newburgh, Orange County, New York (“Service”). The successful bidder (“Operator”) awarded a contract under this RFB (“Contract”) will perform the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFB and the Contract. The OCPD oversees this Service.
