Summary of Specifications:
Sealed Bids for the Airport Improvements at the Orange County Airport must be delivered to the County of Orange Department of Public Works Office Building, 2455-2459 Route 17M, Goshen, New York 10924, up to and including August 18, 2015 at 2:00 P.M., Prevailing Time, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “RFB-DPW-008- 2015,: Construct Runway 3-21 (5,006’ x 100’) Including Runway Safety Areas, Parallel Taxiway “A” (5,800’ x 35’), Two Exit Taxiway’s, Runway and Taxiway Edge Lighting, Signage, Markings, Drainage, Wetland Mitigation and ATO Reimbursable Agreements (ILS and PAPI) – Construction Phase II, AIP No. 3-36-0059-0XX-2015,,” along with the bidders name and address. Bids must be submitted in duplicate within a single sealed envelope. Procedures regarding bids and the selection of contractors shall be in conformity with the New York Municipal Laws, as amended to date, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Contract Documents, Specifications and Plans dated July 28, 2015.
