Summary of Specifications:
The Orange County Department of Information Technology is submitting a grant application to the New York State Department of Education for an LGRMIF demonstration project to plan for the improvement of electronic archives and records management practices in Orange County Government. The purpose of this project is to seek consultant services to develop a structural plan to address the management of our environmental health records from creation through final disposition, including a strategy for the arrangement of various paper and electronic records into a content management system, with records management functionality.
