Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange (County) is soliciting proposals from a group of licensed Physicians for medical services for its skilled nursing facility, the Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation (Facility).

The Facility is seeking proposals for the provision of (1) certain medical services by licensed physicians for up to 360 residents – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, (2) pre-employment and annual physical exams by licensed physician to approximately 400 employees, and (3) a Medical Director who is a licensed physician.
