RFB-OC091-24 - Prefabricated Restroom Buildings

The County of Orange (“County”) by and through its Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservations (“Parks Department”) is seeking a qualified vendor (“Vendor”) to supply and deliver pre-engineered, pre-fabricated and transportable buildings for use as flush precast concrete restrooms (each a “Unit” and collectively, the “Units”) to various locations (each a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”) owned by the County and operated by the Parks Department (the “Work”). The following “Specifications” outline the nature of the Work, including the quality and construction standards to which the Vendor must adhere in performance of the Work.
