The County of Orange (County) seeks qualified Vendor(s) to provide printing of Optical Scan Ballots to be used in General and Primary Elections as needed by the County. This bid will also establish a price agreement for the purchase of Acknowledgement Notices, Transfer Notices, Confirmation Notices, Voter Notices, Affidavit Envelopes, Special Voter Envelopes, Special Presidential Ballot Envelopes, Special Federal Ballot Envelopes, UOCAVA Ballot Envelopes, blank ballots, blank ballot paper, sample ballots and printing of statewide ballot, amendment proposals and standard mailing envelopes.
