RFP-DGS01-13 - Procurement Card, Expense Management Program

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange (County) is requesting proposals from qualified financial institutions for Procurement Card/Expense Management Services for the purpose of paying certain invoices, expense management and generation of rebate incentives including implementation, training and support services. The Vendor must implement a training program that will teach the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively use the program. The Vendor will also be expected to provide on-going support, to implement system updates as they become available and to perform the processes of technological conversion and interfacing with the County’s financial system.
