Summary of Specifications:
The health care provider will be responsible for providing all services necessary to perform comprehensive physicals on members of the Orange County Sheriff's Officer Special Operations Group in accordance with the testing requirements listed here in, provide associated administrative and consultative services, and maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation with which the Sheriffs Office can measure the success of the Sheriffs Office Special Operations Group. Hereafter Special Operations Group members shall be referred to as SOG Members.
