Summary of Specifications:
The Orange County District Attorney occasionally requires deli sandwiches and beverages to be delivered to the Office of the District Attorney or Orange County Court facility located in Goshen, NY, in order to provide meals to individuals who under court order or other circumstance may be unable to physically exit the facility. When the need arises, other county departments will participate in this award. The successful vendor will provide the following sandwiches and beverages at the price hereinafter listed for the term of this contract. This is an exclusive contract, and will be awarded to only one vendor.
