Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the specification to describe the minimum requirements to provide telephone answering service for Orange County Sewer District No. 1 (the District), 72 River Road, Harriman, NY 10926.

Vendor shall provide telephone answering service for “after-hours” calls received during the following hours:

a. Monday through Friday from 12:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., and from 4:00 p.m. to midnight; b. Saturdays and Sundays – 24 hours; c. Holidays (as defined below) – 24 hours; and d. Special situations. Special situations may include, but are not limited to, times when staffing does not allow for front desk and phone coverage: during severe weather, or the evacuation of all non- essential personnel.
