Summary of Specifications:
The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation (“Facility”), a department of the County of Orange (“County”), intends to solicit qualified temporary employment agencies to fulfill twenty-four (24) hour staffingrequirements on an as-needed and as requested basis. The qualified employment agencies ("Vendor(s)") shall provide pre-screened and Facility-approved per diem workers (“Per Diems”) for temporary assignment, including but not limited to: Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Aides, Escorts, Dietary Workers, Housekeepers, Maintenance Workers and other professional and non-professional ancillary staff at rates which include all labor, travel and other miscellaneous expenses
