RFP-DOH03-10 - Telephone Answering and Messaging Services

Summary of Specifications:
Phone answering and messaging services are required throughout Orange County. The Orange County Health Department (DOH) maintains a safe, calm, secure and peaceful environment for the County of Orange residents through public health, animal control, emergency medical services, HAZMAT and the like (see complete list below). Certified Home Health Agency currently has services that require (24) twenty-four coverage, seven days a week which include weekends and holidays. The successful contractor will provide 24-hour answering/messaging service to the Orange County Department of Health in a manner that is consistent with the mission of the department of health, and in accordance with best practices consistent with DOH objectives.
