Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing Testing and Analysis of Various Materials for the County of Orange (County) specifically, but not limited to, the Department of Public Works.

Vendor is to conduct all tests using licensed or certified field/laboratory personnel and in accordance with the latest ASTM and ACI guidelines. Testing laboratories shall be accredited to perform any/all procedures required by the latest ASTM and ACI guidelines.
