Summary of Specifications:
The Vendor shall perform such services with qualified personnel and provide such labor and materials necessary and proper so as to render the title searches, which shall be used in connection with the County of Orange’s Public Deed Sales. The Vendor, its employees, agents and assigns shall be qualified and shall perform such services insuring accordance with the professional standards of the title search insurance industry in rendering title searches for such proceedings. The County of Orange will be solely relying on the accuracy, competence, and completeness of such services in using the results of such title searches. All work shall conform to the requirements set forth by the County’s Department of Finance.
