Summary of Specifications:
The selected Management Company will work with the Transporter to provide safe, timely and efficient transportation of children to and from EI and Pre-K services, respond to complaints and inquiries about transportation services from parents and others, provide the data needed to prepare invoices to allow the County to pay the Transporter for transportation services and to make claims against the State of New York and Medicaid for reimbursement for the cost of these services, and monitor Transporter compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and County policies.
