Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking professional services to provide for the coordination and administration of the various volunteer teams within the DES. The selected vendor must have experience in volunteer emergency response team management and significant familiarity of the Incident Command System, the National Incident Management System and the role of the DES in emergency response activities of Orange County. The County is also seeking the vendor to perform emergency and disaster education to public. The vendor must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of emergency preparedness and must have significant experience as an instructor. Experience working with Fire, EMS or Law Enforcement agencies is preferred.
