RFB-RC-SWR-SM2025-01 - 2025 Sewer Maintenance Project

Contract to furnish all labor, equipment,materials and supervision; and performing all work necessary to clean the specified sewer lines, perform three (3) television inspections complete with video recording for each sewer line, test all joints, seal leaking joints, and perform manhole inspections including completion of manhole inspection report forms. All reports shall be transmitted in paper copy and digital formats. The digital version must becompatible with the WinCan America software package.

The work covered by this specification includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision; and performing all work necessary to seal the manholes as specified herein. The work under this item includes the installation of Flex-Seal Utility Sealant internal manhole chimney seal system and accessories to the manhole through the frame joint area and the area above the manhole cone, including all extensions to the chimney area, as manufactured by Sealing Systems Inc., 23230 W. Thomess Blvd., Loretto, MN 55357 or an approved equal.
