RFP-RC-02-048 - A/E Design Services / RCC Student Union Bldg. Renovation & Improv.

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide the County of Rockland, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division, is seeking to obtain from qualified professional Architectural/Engineering firms, design services for the preparation and development of plans and specifications for Renovation and Improvements to the Student Union Building at the Rockland Community College Campus, located at 145 College Road, Suffern, New York. These plans and specifications shall be in complete compliance with the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, the New York State Wicks Law, and all other governing agency codes and standards. 

A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 18, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in the Faculty Dining Room of the Cultural Arts Center at RCC.
