The County of Rockland is seeking percent discount levels off of web based electronic catalogs from providers of audio-visual, photography, and electronic equipment, peripherals and supplies, and replacement parts.  Zero (0) discounts shall not be accepted and will be removed from award consideration.  Offers containing chain or multiple discounts may be considered non-responsive.  Our goal is to provide efficient service and quality performance while reducing costs including time (better work flow).  The scope of this bid will specifically EXCLUDE configurable items such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, computer software, and printers (except photo/barcode type).

Specific pricing during the course of the contract will be obtained from each of the awarded bid-qualified vendors via email requests for quotes or through the electronic quote portals provided and or written quote.
