Description

This solicitation is to provide the Rockland County Correctional Health Facility with Scrubs and lab coats as specified. The scrub v-neck top requires their logo (as provided) to be screenprinting to be included in the price. Screen print proof must be sent to Department for approval prior to production. Styles colors and sizes currently needed are specified. All prices submitted must be FOB destination. Delivery must be within 15 business days unless an alternate date is agreed to by the RCDOH.
