Description

The Rockland County Drainage Agency requires an appraisal of a proposed subdivision of county owned land (30 Linden Avenue, Spring Valley, NY; Section, Lot & Block: 50.78-2-38) as shown on the tax map shaded yellow—the yellow portion (9000’ +/-) to be subdivided and conveyed. Also attached is a survey map identifying a proposed easement to the County on the neighboring parcels (see attached map entitled “Bruno South”) which would be granted to the County in exchange for the fee interest being conveyed above.
The County needs an appraisal of the subdivided fee interest being conveyed and an appraisal of the easement being received.
