RFQ-RC-2025-016 - Beds- Rollaway frame and Mattress- Hollywood Beds - Authorized Sellers only

Rockland County Department of Social Services has current need to purchase twelve(12) rollaway beds with innerspring mattresses manufactured by Hollywood Beds, as specified. Must be BRAND NEW in original packaging/ sealed.  No alternates willl be accepted. Manufacturer Warranty must apply.  Supplier must authorized distributor or authorized reseller for Hollywood Beds.  A letter of Authorization must be included.  FOB Destination prepaid and allowed. Order must be delivered within 10-15 days ARO, unless an alternate date is approved. Must ship direct from Manufacturer from Authorized seller.  Letter of Authorization must be provided within 48 hours of request otherwise bidder will be deemed non-responsive.
