RFP-RC-2024-027 - Behavioral Health Call Center

The Rockland County Department of Mental Health is issuing an RFP to establish the Rockland County Behavioral Health Helpline (Helpline) in Quarter 2 of 2024 using Opioid Settlement funds and Rockland County local funding. The Helpline will be available 7am to 11pm, 7 days per week and will be a single-point-of-contact phone number for Rockland residents who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis and need immediate support, or who need information and a referral to services within the Rockland County Behavioral Health System of Care. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a contract awarded to a single contractor who will establish and oversee this service.
