The Rockland County Department of Mental Health is issuing an RFP to develop and administer the Behavioral Health Training Institute (BHTI) of Rockland County. The Behavioral Health Training Institute of Rockland County will provide training and continuing education credits for social workers, licensed mental health counselors, and other behavioral health professionals, as well as community trainings. By offering high quality professional and community trainings, the behavioral health needs of Rockland’s residents and families will be better served.
