RFQ-RC-2023-008-A - Body Bags- Bariatric Size

This quote is to provide the Rockland County Medical Examiners Office with a Bariatric size body bag, as specified, on an as need basis for a one-year term with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year terms.  Prices must be held firm through the first contract period with no price adjustments allowed.  Contractors may submit a request for a price adjustment on the yearly anniversary date of the contract. The request must be approved by the Director of Purchasing.  Any and all price adjustments will be limited to the percentage increase  in the CPI index- All Urban Consumers for the preceeding 12 months.  Price submitted must be FOB destination.  Orders must be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of order, unless agreed to by the Medical Examiners office. Quantity listed is an estimated usage for one year.  Actual orders may less and on an as need basis.
