The project scope includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof, installation of new flashing, replacement of damaged substrate where necessary, installaton of new ice guards, evaluation and possible replacement of metal roofing on dormers, installation of ridge vent, removal of flat roof on rear of building and replacement with new insulation and EPDM, refurbishment of metal buildiing panels on each end of building.
