The Primary Digester #1 cleaning work includes but is not limited to the removal of all sludge, grit, rags, liquid, grease and other sewage related materials. The digester is approximately 90’ in diameter and is equipped with a fixed cover. Throughout the scope of work for cleaning the digester, shall conform with all Federal, State, County and Town requirements.
