RFP-RC-2024-052 - Community Development Loan Fund Consultant

The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to assist in administering an affordable housing loan fund that was created using $13.5 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.  It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award multiple contractors.
