RFP-RC-2025-004 - Complete Customized Publishing System-Maintenance/Support for Reproduction

The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide a complete customized publishing system for the County of Rockland.  The County of Rockland desires to solicit qualified proposals for the traditional municipal lease of High Speed Digital Production photocopiers for our centralized Reproduction Department, in accordance with this Request for Proposal. 
 
Award resulting from this RFP will be a firm fixed five-year term (60 month) contract.  The proposed solution shall include at least one copier that has color capabilities.  The system offered must meet or exceed the specifications listed.  The awarded proposer shall also be able to assist the Reproduction Department to better utilize the recommended equipment / solution to its full potential.
