Description

This solicitation is seeking competitive pricing from qualified supplier(s) to furnish and deliver Covid-19 Antigen Home Test Kits(2 tests per kit and 1 test per kit) with a minimum shelf life of 18-24 months, as specified, for a six(6) month term, with four(4) additional six(6) month options to renew.
All Tests submitted must be FDA-authorized at-home OTC Covid-19 diagnostic tests.
The Rockland County Department of Health has a current need for 5,250 TWO(2) tests per kit only.
Expiration date of tests currently needed, must be minimum 15-18 months from date of order unless agreed to by the County of Rockland, in writing, at time of order.
Bidders must include an Authorized Distributor letter from the Manufacturer
A Price adjustment clause is included in this bid
