The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide bundled administrative, investment and trust services to the County of Rockland Deferred Compensation Plan (the “Plan”).
This RFP is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
Proposals are to include a completed Vendor Questionnaire, Appendix A, which is included as a separate attachment to this RFP Document and also available in an MS Word Format from the Bonfire Portal.
