This solicitation is seeking competitive pricing from Authorized Distribuor(s) of Philips Defibrillators and accesories for purcasing by the County of Rockland. Orders will be placed on an as need basis.Philips Brand
defibrillators and accessories have been standardized. No Alternates will be accepted. Only an Authorized Distributor(s)will be awarded. There is a price adjustment clause with this contract. The County intends to award this contract as a whole, but reserves the right to award line-by-line, if it is in the best interest of the County.
