The design of the upgrades for Union Hill and Tallman Pump Stations shall be based upon the Union Hill and Tallman Pump Station Upgrades Project – Engineering Report dated December 2019 prepared by RCSD included with this request for proposals.

RCSD is seeking a qualified firm to provide engineering services for the design and construction administration of the Union Hill and Tallman Pump Station Upgrades Project. RCSD intends to have both the Union Hill and Tallman Pump Stations increased to handle 10 MGD instantaneous peak wet weather flow and replacing the following equipment will increase treatment process reliability and efficiency. At a minimum, design services shall include the following tasks:
