Description

The Rockland County Department of Mental Health (RCDMH) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to select a contractor for evaluation services and consultation for the SAMHSA Rockland County System of Care Expansion Cooperative Agreement (RC SOCES), known as the Partnership for Safe and Healthy Youth (The Partnership). This initiative joins the progress made in developing comprehensive SOC across the country by focusing on sustainable financing, cross-agency collaboration, the creation of policy and infrastructure, and the development and implementation of evidence-based and evidence-informed services and supports.
