The County of Rockland is seeking Bids from Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) to provide firm electricity supply to the County of Rockland, Rockland County Sewer District No. 1, Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority, and Rockland Community College.

Each Agency shall contract separately and shall be responsible for all payments for energy purchased on its behalf.
