RFQ-RC-2020-078 - Fair Market Appraisal of Residential Property at 178/172 Brick Church Road

The County of Rockland Office of Real Property Tax Services is requesting quotes to provide a Fair Market Appraisal of the residential properties located at 172 and 178 Brick Church Road, New Hempstead, New York for possible acquisition purposes. An offer of just compensation must be established based on a recent independently prepared appraisal document that estimates the fair market value of the property.  The completed appraisal will be subject to a Review Appraisal in accordance with the Uniform Act and 49 CFR § 24.104.
 
The subject properties are located at 172 and 178 Brick Church Road in the Village of New Hempstead, Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, New York.
