PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide flow monitoring and modeling services of the Rockland County Sewer District’s (RCSD) interceptors and pump stations. The objective of this project is to determine the current dry and wet weather flows to see the current level of flow of the RCSD interceptors and capacities at our pump stations. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor.
