The purpose of this bid is to establish an annual agreement(s) for a percent discount off the current marked retail price for various hardware supplies and related equipment. The following are specifically excluded from the contract: lumber, electrical and floor covering supplies

AWARD VALUE
The dollar amount of the annual requirement may be in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00). This is an estimated amount only and is subject to fluctuation in accordance with actual requirements
DISCOUNT FROM CURRENT MARKED RETAIL PRICE
The price bid shall be in the form of a percent discount from the current marked retail price. Bidders shall enter, in the space provided, the applicable discount, which shall remain firm for the life of the contract.
