Description

The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide helicopter pilot flight training services. The County of Rockland in conjunction with the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a qualified firm/firms to instruct and certify Sheriff’s Officers in helicopter flight and operations that lead to licensing as helicopter pilots. The instruction should lead to certification in line with all FAA criteria. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to “a single contractor” or “multiple contractors.
