1. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to pick up, transport and dispose of Regulated Medical Waste (RMW).
1. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to pick up, transport and dispose of Hazardous Waste.
2. All Medical Waste Removal and Disposal Services provided by the Contractor shall be in conformance with all Federal, State, Local and all applicable government agencies regulations.
