December 16, 2021 to be considered.

Application must include all required attachments (pages 9-10) and contract documentation (Appendices C-G).
Incomplete and/or late applications will not be approved for processing.

Please note: Firms that do not currently have a contract in place with Rockland County Department of Social Services to provide Personal Care Services and or Consumer Directed Personal Assistance services will be considered for award. Firms that currently have a contract with DSS to perform the aforementioned services may respond to this RFI, and will be required to cancel the current contract(s) should they be considered for award to provide the Assessment Services under this RFI.

*The resulting contract shall be for a contract period from January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022, with three (3) additional one (1) year options to renew. Any 12-month renewal options shall be effective as of January 1st of the current year, for a total of up to five (5) years. Agencies awarded a contract as a result of this application and have satisfactorily complied with all requirements during the contract period may be offered the opportunity to extend the 2022 contract for each option year with a maximum total of five (5) years.

In accordance with Rockland County Procurement Policy 140-3.3 contracting for professional services with pre-determined rates, this procurement is exempt from the competitive bidding process. It is anticipated that this RFI may result in a contract award to a single firm.
