Bidder must supply PureAir Sulfur Absorb XL and Polishing Media Pure Air 8 or approved equal
This contract is subject to New York State Labor Law 220, Article 8 Prevailing wages. The Contractor shall submit with, each invoice, certified payrolls for all labor. Submission of Certified Payroll with invoice is a condition of payment.
