Additional Bidding Instructions

SDS sheet shall be submitted with all products bid
All drums of Motor Oil shall have the actual certification markings detailed on them and the supplier shall be able to provide their API license upon request at any time during the contract period

Deliveries shall be made FOB destination between the hours of 8am and 2pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Vendor shall indicate on proposal pages method of delivery. By vendor or common carrier
Any drums or bulk containers furnished by the vendor shall be provided and removed at no cost to the County and shall not be charged a core or deposit for drums
