RFP-RC-2024-036 - Operation of the Emergency Warming Center

The successful proposer will operate an Emergency Warming Center for up to seventy-five (75) single adults (male and female) per night who seek protection from inclement winter weather. This program will operate at the Robert L. Yeager Health Complex in Pomona, New York, during the winter months and shoulder periods of November 1st through April 30th.
