The County of Rockland intends to issue a Sole Source award to Magnet Forensics for their proprietary 1B218-1 Magnet Axiom Software System and 3AT02 Annual Training Pass Subscription. This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy and shall be an addition to existing Forensic tools and Forensics Software.

The Contractor shall be required to provide ONE (1) 1B218-1 Magnet Axiom Software for $7,125.00 to recover digital evidence from most sources, including smartphones, cloud services, computers, loT devices and third-party images. Contains analytical tools to analyze all data in one case file. Axiom integrates with GrayKey and can recover data from GrayKey, Cellebrite, Oxygen, etc. The County will also purchase #3AT02 12 month Magnet Foresnic Annual Training Pass subscription for $5,995.00.
Any interested party that believes they can provide the software and training subscription noted above, as supplied by Magnet Forensics or an equivalent product proven for use by Law Enforcement agencies, should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met; no later than COB January 14, 2021 (14 days) of this announcement. A determination by the County not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the County. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation.
