The purpose of this request for proposals is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide project management services for the facilitation and development of an update to the Rockland County Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan will be referred to as “the Plan”. A separate RFP, RFP-RC-2023-036 entitled, “Comprehensive Plan Update” was issued in November 2023. The Comprehensive Plan update will serve as the foundation for future initiatives, policies, and programs. The project management service will oversee and interface with the planning consultant retained by Rockland County that will be developing the Plan update and with the County Project Manager. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single consultant.
