Any interested party should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met by October 5, 2023, prior to 3:00 PM. Statement of capabilities shall include working knowledge of the above system, written authority by Cornerstone Detention Products, Inc. to service and access Cornerstone Detention Products. Include documented record of other service work and parts replacement for cornerstone Detention Products, Inc. equipment. A determination by the County not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the County. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
