SSN-RC-2021-050 - Proposed Sole Source Procurement to Robotex Inc.

Any interested party that believes they can service the equipment and provide parts noted above, supplied by Robotex Inc. or an equivalent product proven for use by Law Enforcement bomb unit agencies, should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met; no later than COB September 16, 2021 (14 days) of this announcement. A determination by the County not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the County.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation.
